笑傲江湖 Xiao ao jianghu The Smiling, Proud Wanderer is a 武侠 wu wuxia (literally means “martial hero”, is a broad genre of Chinese fiction about the adventures of martial artists) novel by 金庸 Jin Yong (Louis Cha, born 6 February 1924). The Chinese title of the novel, Xiao Ao Jiang Hu, literally means to live a carefree life in a mundane world of strife. This novel was adapted into many TV drama series and films.

They feel heartache because they didn’t know how to treasure the times. Only when people know to treasure what they have, they won’t feel regretful when it’s time to say goodbye. Isn’t goodbye just welcoming a new future and another beginning? Isn’t this worth singing loudly and laughing heartily? Just like this journey, we’ve been through so many setbacks and storms. What we couldn’t get past wasn’t when the world crumbled down, but when our enemies were ourselves. How could the fragrance of the plum flowers greet us if they hadn’t gone through the bitter coldness?
