Although marching on to the final chapter of extinction, I will fight a beautiful battle with all my strength.

I again was willing to vouch for things, but reputation broke and my account got bad.

終識得去退讓, 但懸崖上, 再沒後牆

I finally realized to retreat and yield, however, on the cliff, there is no back wall anymore.

唯求未變敵對互送多一掌

The same fragility, do I have no alternative but to confess? Disease develops to the fatal stage, it will not be able to escape.

自認自認未絕望, 未去努力著
zì rèn zì rèn wèi juéwàng, wèi qù nǔlì zhǔ
I self admit that I have not yet given up all hope and not work hard either.

但時日錯過了, 再怎可勉強
dàn shírì cuò guò le , zài zěn kě miǎnqiǎng
However, time and date have passed, how can I force things now?

沒權利失落失望, 今天我倆, 俱傷得, 欠救藥
quánlì shīluòshīwàng , jīntiān Wǒ liǎ , jù shāng dé , qiàn jiù yào
I have no right to feel lost and despair. Today us, all were wounded and short of remedies.

原來尚有創傷, 沒法去敷上, 關係那可, 斷了再拉上
yuán lái shàngyǒushāng , fǎ qù fū shàng , guānxi Nā Kě, duànle zài lā shàng
We already had old wounds and did not put the bandage on them. How could you break relationship and then pull it straight again?

可會驚詫, 世事如只得一廂, 沒法扭轉結局方向
kě huì jīng chà , shì shì rú zhǐdé yī xiāng , fǎ niǔ zhuǎn jiéjú fāngxiàng
We probably will be startled that the things in the world have no alternative but to just go onto one way street: there is no way to switch the direction of the ending.

原來尚有理想, 沒法再攀上, 想贈那獎, 都不及去頒上
yuán lái shàngyǒulǐxiǎng , fǎ zài pān shàng , xiǎng zèng Nā Jiǎng, dōu bùjí qù bān shàng
Originally I still had dreams, but now there is no way to climb to them. I thought of giving out that award, but I am not even able to confer it.

難道歲月, 多少課也可白上, 唯獨告別路途, 要懂怎去走上
nándào sùiyuè , duōshao kè yě kě báishàng, wéi dú gào lùtú, yào dǒng zěn qù zǒu shàng
Could it be that in our years many classes also could be taken in vain, however only the road of farewell (of life), we need to know how to walk onto this path.

When the time our hands became rigid and eyes closed, our life will not be able to continue, and don’t ask (life) to continue either.

學會花圈棺蓋了後, 就獻上
xuéhuì huāquān guān gàile hòu , jiù xiànshàng
After we learn how to place wreath and put the lid on the coffin, then we make offer to God.

但願步過瞻仰, 你亦明白, 看穿真相
dàn yuàn bù guò zhānyǎng , nǐ yì míngbai , kànchuānzhēnxiàng
Only hope that after you walk for revering (the dead), then you also will understand and see through the truth.

尚有些仗, 全力亦打不上
shàngyǒuxiē zhàng , quánlì yì dǎ bù shàng
Still there are some battles, even we want to devote all our strength, we won’t be able to fight anymore.
